Financial Forecasts
This Session will:
- Provide you with an overview of how to prepare and review a financial forecast.
- Will emphasize what are the basic statements and schedules included in a financial forecast and what are the key assumptions to be considered and documented.
- Will specify what is required of the CFO/Controller and the independent CPA for the issuance of a compilation report along with the forecast.
- Focus on some of the key differences between a forecast and projection.
Presenter:
Mark Cuccia, CPA has approximately twelve years of experience in public accounting servicing clients in various industries including apparel and textile, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Cuccia has been involved in a number of acquisition transactions as well as assisted clients with forecast and projection modeling.
