How Does it Work?
As a client of Sterling National Bank, when you need a check, login to our secure website and request the amount of the required. Sterling National Bank will verify that funds are available in your account for the requested amount. Within a half hour, a signed certified check in that amount, complete with your firm's own custom logo, will print out right in your office. We will supply you with the printer and the security check paper. We'll also manage the installation of the printer and train your staff on how to use the system. It's as convenient as having a bank branch right in your office!

The security of your funds is our number one concern; access to your accounts will be held under the tightest restrictions. You will have your own unique login and password to access the Sterling EZ-Cert™ site. The certified check will be transmitted via an encrypted file that can only be decoded by the specific check printer in your office.

By maintaining appropriate demand deposits in your accounts, you can enjoy Sterling EZ-Cert ™at no cost. There are never any set-up fees, installation fees or per check charges.
