Streamlined Internal Processing with Less Paper

As a Sterling CheckingPlus customer, you gain flexibility and storage efficiency by choosing the CD-ROM delivery option. With electronic images of your account statements and paid checks (fronts and backs) stored on CD-ROM, your retrieval time will be measured in minutes rather than the hours or even days required to retrieve physical documents. When you insert the CD-ROM in your PC drive, you can select or sort checks by check number, date paid or dollar amount. Any image on the CD-ROM can be viewed, printed or e-mailed for any purpose, including customer correspondence such as return-item or proof of payment notices. Full Reconciliation Provided by Sterling

When your company's check volume approaches critical mass, you have the option of letting Sterling help with your bookkeeping by using our Account Reconciliation Processing (ARP) system. Each month, you provide us with an electronic file (diskette, tape or e-mail) of checks you have issued with check numbers and dollar amount; we balance your account for you and send you a report.

With Positive Pay, we compare your daily checks-issued file against each check presented for payment against your account.
